Fun learning in Hazel class.
We had a very busy week in Hazel. We worked hard on learning the words to poems and then adding some actions to accompany them. We later became poets and added some of own lines to poems.
In Maths we are learning about time to the hour, half hour, quarter to and past and intervals of five minutes. We were very creative when designing and making Easter cards and baskets. Happy Easter to you all.

Performing Poetry
This week in Year 2 we have been reading, sharing and enjoying poetry. In Rowan we chose a poem called 'Say how you feel' and we performed it in our outdoor classroom, adding actions for each verse. We then took photographs of each other during our freeze frames. Can you guess by looking at each freeze frame which emotion we are showing? It will be either sadness, nervousness, happiness, anger or excitement.
