Growing our brains...
This week we have been learning about half's and quarters in numeracy. We went 'to the park' in PE putting on our Winter clothes and splashing in puddles. We also used the equipment (safely) and jumped off carefully with a bent knee landing. In DT we have been looking at structures - playgrounds and circuses. It has been a brilliant learning week. They found it a little tricky at first but many of them gained confidence during the session and improved their hand-eye coordination and awareness of what was around them. They all had lots of fun! Check out the next post to find out what sport they tackle next!
