

Oak's last few days in Year One
Well I can't quite believe that Oak's time in Year One finished today. We have had a busy final week and worked in pairs to complete a Maths puzzle and had another ukulele lesson which we thoroughly enjoyed. Yesterday we enjoyed our daily story outside and had ice pops to cool us down. Today we took our learning outside and completed different activities including jigsaws, small world play, shape pictures and made paper aeroplanes. We have had a wonderful year together and

Our Last Day in Rowan.
Today was our last day with Mrs Reaney in Year 1. We had a lovely day in class and had a lovely time eating ice lollies in the sun with Mrs Reaney! We also enjoyed a game of duck-duck-goose! I will miss you all but I am so excited for you all to have a lovely summer and spend time with all your lovely grown ups! Thanks everyone for all the lovely gifts and kind words. Our last day in Hazel class.
Today we had our last day in Year 1! We are going to be big Year 2 next year. To celebrate our last day in Year 1 we had a fun filled, sun filled day! We started our day with an early PE lesson with Mr Clarke then enjoyed our usual 'Fish and Chip Friday' for lunch! Then we had ice lollies with Miss Pendleton and Miss O'Hagan out in the sunshine! Sports week in Oak
The children in Oak have had an exciting week of learning. We tried to teach a range of different activities through physical activity. The children used football top trump cards to answer mathematical questions with a partner. A Fantastic Week Of Excitement & Fun In Reception!
