Home Learning in Hazel
This week we have begun another home learning journey in Hazel Class. We have really enjoyed meeting each other twice a day on Zoom to talk about our work, share our fantastic learning with our friends and listen to a story. Today's afternoon zoom showed just how busy we have been at home today! Some of us have carried out science experiments to find out what items in our house can sink or float. We even had a go at making out own boats.
We have also been working hard at our Maths. Last week in school we were focussing on money, and we have continued to learn all about money during our home learning. We also discussed what toys we would like to come to life and what we would do if our favourite toys could talk!
Miss Pendleton read us a story called ‘Some Dogs Do.’ We all loved the story. We even got the chance to show everyone in class our own pets. Lots of us have pets and in Hazel class, we love talking about our four-legged friends! It was great fun being able to show all our friends our lovely pets. Learning at home is such fun.
