We start every PE lesson by spreading positivity. The children will spread this by sharing, hi-5's, thumbs up, compliments, smiles and many more.
During the second half of our unit of work the fundamental physical skill we have explored and developed is our 'seated balance'. We have discussed the principles required to ensure our seated balance is smooth and controlled whilst attempting to complete our progression colour challenges. We have also worked well with our peers by 'coaching' our 'athlete' by communicating what skills are needed to ensure our seated balance is as effective as possible.
