Outdoor Learning Day in Reception

All the children in Reception had a wonderful time taking their learning outdoors this week!

We enjoyed a wide of activities, incorporating all aspects of the curriculum.

Some activities included:

• History-playing games our parents and grandparents would have played when they were at school, piggy in the middle, hop scotch, What’s the time Mr Wolf?

• Geography- using a map to find treasure on our treasure hunt

• Science- exploring ramps and how for the vehicles travel

• Music- scarf dancing and playing a range of instruments
