Year Two's busy week of learning
So here we are on the last day of this half term and what a busy time we have had. Whether we are learning at home or at school we have been super learners, creative and enthusiastic.
This week in Year 2 we have learned about grouping to divide, how division and multiplication are linked and knowing that multiplication facts can help us solve division facts.
We have also enjoyed our second text by the author Julia Donaldson. She has written so many books that we love but this week we have read 'The Smartest Giant in Town'.
On Tuesday it was 'Safer Internet Day' and we explored ways to keep ourselves safe when on the internet using different devices. The children made their own posters to help remind others.
We hope you enjoy some of our wonderful work.
We hope you have a wonderful, restful and happy half term break. If you are looking for something fun to do have a look at creating your own 'junk journal'. Check out our earlier blog all about it or click here;
Take care,
Year 2 Team
