Forest School - Week 4

Today was a lovely bright day for Forest School. During the last session of Forest School some of us thought it would be good to try and make our own wind-chimes, like the ones in the allotment that make a lovely sound when its a windy day.

So that's what we did. Can you see how wonderful they look? We felt so proud of our wind-chimes. See if you can spot them in the trees of our Forest school camp.

We have also been busy planting and helping Mrs Greenway tend the allotment. We noticed that raspberries had ripened on the bushes and so we had a little taste. We talked about how we don't usually taste anything we don't know about because they can make us unwell.

Mrs Ware made a camp fire today and we had toasted brioche and hot chocolate. Some of us like sitting around the fire circle to watch Mrs Ware while she sets up the fire.
